It is a great keyboard that feels incredibly premium. It is low profile, yet feels substantial due to the aluminum frame and it sits firmly on the desk. The keys have very nice texture to them and typing is pleasant. Lighting effects are not over the board and implementation is soft and pleasant rather than flashy, if that make sense. I'd use this keyboard at work without getting second looks. My major hesitation was G hub. I have Logitech mouse and older Logitech gaming keyboard and found their Ghub software confusing and useless as a result. To my surprise, either mine renewed interest helped here or Ghub got some improvements because I had a good experience customizing commands and features. Ghub also provides links to short description videos which helps. Overall I expected a neutral experience yet I'm quite impressed and so happy with the purchase. Read more

Feel free to judge me but I love the wheel for adjusting volume. Not gonna lie, it’s easy and makes my life easier lol As far as the rest of the keyboard goes, it’s really durable and feels heavy. Not super heavy but that heavy that lets you know it’s well made. The rgb lighting is not super brite even on the highest setting and I like that. It’s pretty comfortable to use and connects as easy as any other keyboard. If I was forced to find a negative comment it would be the keys feel closer to each other than a lot of other keyboards so fat fingering can be an issue. Read more

BUYER BEWARE: if you purchase this keyboard, watch for the double key press issue. If it starts, it's going to get worse with time. Replace it if you are in the return window, otherwise you will be stuck trying to get Logitech to support or replace it. Double key presses are the bane of this keyboard's existence, and it is a common complaint from users. Myself included. This occurred shortly after the Amazon return period closed, so I'm working directly with Logitech to try and get it repaired/replaced. So far, it has been a lot of back and forth with support agents and most of them regurgitating the same boilerplate text over and over. After a couple days, they finally agreed to submit it for replacement (if it's even approved, that is still up in the air). For a keyboard that costs north of $200, there is no justification for the hassle factor and disinterest by Logitech to resolve the issue. I have no certainty that the replacement will not have the same issue either. This is very disappointing since Logitech's previous keyboards that I've purchased (the G810 Orion, G815, and G915) have all been among the best keyboards I've ever owned. The G915 TKL is still to date the single best keyboard I've used, but I wanted a white keyboard with a 10-key, and this was the option available. Add to that, the addition of PBT keycaps rather than ABS keycaps, I thought this would be a no brainer. If it wasn't for the double key press issue, this would be a 5-star review. It's the single finest keyboard I've ever used, with great connectivity options, media keys, and RGB lighting that shines through the keycap making it easy to use in dark rooms. That's my single biggest complaint with other keyboards with RGB lighting, and it's something Logitech has excelled in. Overall, an outstanding keyboard but marred by the quality control issue of Logitech. Read more

The keyboard is fantastic I've bought 3 so far, first one was amazing and flawless until I fell asleep one night and spilt beer all over it. Second one I bought had failed key switches so had to return it. Waiting on the third one. Other than that the sleek light weight design is comfortable for the hands snd the sounds of the click is amazing to hear I love the typing asmr Read more

So the keyboard itself is as good as it gets. It feels premium, and for the price it better.. The utility is there. It's elegant and low profile. Cream of the crop in just about every regard. The slightly pitted surface of the keycaps feels great and deters fingerprints. You can set multiple profiles, additional keys added for macros, added Bluetooth for the phone and lightspeed dongle for the computer. I've never had an issue with latency or anything like that, very reliable. I've also never had a scroll wheel like this on a keyboard before and I love it. The slightly gummy feeling pause/play/skip/mute buttons feel good and are fun to press. USB-C is very convenient and the metal board is STURDY. Feels premium. All the lighting options were really fun to play around with too. Starlight like the night sky and echo press to ripple like water when you press a key really blew me away, although I do usually just keep it all one color. The entire experience with the keyboard overall is satisfying and fun to use. I Can't say enough good about the build. This is the be-all end-all of keyboards, it's got everything you could think of and anything you could ever want or need out of a keyboard. Now the bad.. The software. Logitech GHUB will be how you manage the device and it's notorious for being awful. Here it is: if you don't mind getting annoyed with the software (you will) and probably reinstalling it a few times then I can recommend this keyboard. The software is the only issue, everything else build-wise is very very good. Read more
