The renewing process on these seems questionable based on my experience. The mouse looks like new on the outside, other than the sloppily applied replacement glide pads on the bottom. The mouse powers up, and the light illuminates, but the dongle it was shipped with does not function with the mouse. Luckily I was replacing an existing m310 that had gotten slop in the scroll wheel, so I pulled the top cover and put it on my old m310, but yeah.. Not what I was hoping to achieve. Read more

Hello, this has been an excellent, economical basic mouse. There has now been a change. It has been enlarged to a more adult hand size. Though I did not mind the previous petite size, which made it handy to travel with. Read more
Save your time and and buy a new one. These worked good at first but one quit after 4 months and the other one after 7 months. Save your money and put it towards a NEW mouse. These refurbished items weren't worth it. I bought two of them and they both quit within the year. I'm sorry I even bought them and will not order from them again. I don't know what their definition of refurbished was unless they meant parts that were on their last leg. Read more
