This mouse delivers exactly what it promises—silent clicks that are perfect for shared spaces or late-night work. The tracking is smooth and responsive on a variety of surfaces, and the compact shape feels comfortable for extended use. Setup is instant with the USB receiver, and the battery life is excellent. A reliable, no-nonsense mouse that keeps the noise down without sacrificing performance. Read more

I am a mobile gamer. I originally bought this mouse about two years ago. When it says this mouse is silent, it is silent! The clicks are smooth and light. I play games like League of Legends, Diablo and Path of Exile, which are games that require constant use and clicking of the mouse. When I say constant clicking, I mean hundreds and hundreds of clicks a minute. My original mouse lasted me over a year, then eventually the left mouse button stopped functioning. I am more than impressed with the longevity of the mouse, especially with the constant torture I put it through. The mouse got used easily 8-12 hours a day with constant clicking and gaming and held up over a year. When my first one broke, I bought a different mouse and was I unimpressed. The new mouse claimed to be silent, but I soon learned, it was not. Hearing hundreds of back to back loud clicks every minute gets old in less than a minute. I instantly spent the little bit more and bought this mouse again. The profile of the mouse is nice, and the way it sits in your hand is also nice. It has a smooth and low profile and isn’t bulky like some other mice. The wireless signal is also good, I’ve stood up to 15 ft away from my laptop and still been able to use the mouse totally fine! I would highly recommend this to anyone! Overall is a great mouse to use and is an outstanding product! Read more

It used to cost so much for silent-click mice but this one is value-priced and nicely paired with my Logitech G703 wireless gaming mouse. I just switch out the dongles on the cable that came with my G703 (no reaching behind a computer) and switch which mouse I'm using. Both mice have similar play on my computer so there's little-to-no adjustment in how I work. It's so nice to have a silent mouse when video conferencing or streaming. Also, works great for weeks on my Eneloop rechargeable AAs. Read more

Pros: - The mouse is on the smaller side but not as small as some of Logitech's other wireless mice. It's ergonomic enough that my hand rests comfortably on the surface but isn't so awkwardly shaped (like some models where your hand rests sideways) that it's distracting. The grip on the sides and wheel is also really nice. All in all the fit and feel is perfect especially if you have smaller hands. - The buttons are pretty much silent and not annoying by any means. Even rapid clicking for games isn't obnoxious or easily heard by others. Your average "quiet" keyboard such as those on laptops or MacBooks is much, much louder than this mouse. A trackpad with built-in buttons is probably on the same noise level as long as they don't make that signature "clicky" sound. - There's no need for a mousepad as long as you have a flat/even surface for the laser light to reflect off of. It takes one AA battery which lasts for hours and hours, even longer if you turn it off when you're not using it. Keeping a spare battery with you is really only necessary if you know you've been using the current battery for a long time. Cons: - For some, it might be easy to lose the USB receiver, so I highly recommend stashing it within the battery compartment at ANY time it's not attached to your computer. Losing one isn't always the end of the world because they can often be replaced with a generic USB receiver from Amazon, but sometimes drivers get finicky and it's more of a pain to replace them than just keeping good track of them in the first place. Plus, being mindful of this will save you money as a replacement USB receiver can run you about $10. If this is a repetitive issue for you, you might be better off with a Bluetooth mouse which is wireless and doesn't have a USB receiver (it connects to your computers Bluetooth receiver, which is built in to almost every modern PC or MacBook) or for a cheaper option, a wired mouse might be a better fit for you. - The buttons are a little too sensitive. resting my full hand weight or tensing my hand muscles in the slightest sometimes causes me to accidentally click things I didn't mean to, which has gotten me in trouble in co-op video games more than once. If anything, it's more of a nuisance than anything, especially since resting your fingers on the buttons is just the natural position of your hand. If you have heavier or bigger hands, I guess, it might be a more frequent issue for you. - While it's good for gaming except for my last observation, it doesn't have any peripheral buttons. I'm pretty new to PC gaming but I've been finding myself desiring peripheral mouse buttons more and more to assign certain actions or in-game macros to. Read more

I get up in the early morning and do my blogging before roommate is awake. Wanted both a quiet keyboard and mouse, so bought a combo by logitech. The mouse that came with the keyboard was 'quiet', but not as good as this one. This one is truly quiet and I like the feel of it in my hand. It is big enough to not give you those finger cramps that you get with tinier or slimmer ones. I would recommend if you are looking for a good and truly quiet mouse. Read more

It is way smaller than expected even for someone with small hands. If you have larger hands then this won't be easy to use. But it is silent, super easy to connect with the USB that is perfectly tucked in the device. The buttons work fine and it provides fast selection--not particularly precise ones if you are doing creative work. But tiny, sturdy, and great value for the price. Read more
