920S. I plugged it into a USB Hub (HooToo) on my Windows 10 Pro (64-bit) notebook (Dell XPS 15 (9560). I thought it wasn't working because there was no obvious feedback. But I started up my Zoom app, logged in, clicked on the "Settings" icon at the top right of the Zoom window, then "Video" and there I was! Colors seem true. Then clicked on "Audio" and did the speaker and microphone tests and both worked perfectly. I had anticipated a less-than-straightforward installation but it was not so. I bought this primarily for Zoom meetings so maybe my requirements for video are not as demanding as for a gamer or high-end user. Lots better than the built-in cam on my notebook, which was at the bottom of screen (who knows why?!), so the angle was really weird. I got this for ~ $82. I finally graduated from my IPhone X to a real webcam and the difference is incredible. It was a breeze to set up (less than 5 minutes after unpacking and reading the directions although I'm pretty computer literate). The quality is amazing to me (keep in mind that this is the first webcam I've had since I bought one about 20 years ago when they were first coming out). The brightness is very good. I had considered getting one with a light ring but this easily adapts to the light in my office. The image is actually a little better than I hoped since I now have to look good before getting on a video conference. I wanted the added privacy cover which I always use since I'm not THAT confident that technology is not spying on me. Haven't really noticed a big difference in the sound but I've only used the camera a couple of times so that may change. Very happy with this purchase. Read more

I have a $75 webcam I got for my wife’s PC and a laptop webcam on my top of the line HP laptop. Both are terrible. I took the trouble to research this webcam. It was $135, not cheap. I think this is what you have to pay for a decent webcam. The C920S has a nice sharp image and a good depth of focus. The lights and darks come out pretty good (not perfect but much better than my other webcams.) The attachment mechanism works well. The plug and play is perfect. This is a good product. Read more

Purchased this webcam for an on-line class. Excellent performance out of the box, but even better using the downloaded Logitech Capture software, which allows zooming, color balance and exposure adjustments, etc. This is one of the top rated webcams for good reasons!
