I will easily give this a 5 star for the product. Having used the K750 on two Mac's for over a decade, I had need to replace one and this was the clear answer. PROS Muti-Connect via Bluetooth Muti-Device to single dongle using Logi Bolt connecter. Responsive keys with a great feel while typing Fantastic solar powered (replaced two in 15+ years on K750). Cons Support for missing parts. Came without the Logi Bolt USB-c Connector and no way to get support NO, I am not returning one to wait for another just for a usb-c dongle. Extremely bad simple part replacement cannot be handled by either to these two massively large corporations. I wonder how many others decide to just purchase the missing dongle to avoid the hassle of returning a product just to wait for another product that may also be missing the dongle? Read more

This Logitech keyboard exceeded my expectations! It’s slim, stylish, and the keys feel soft and responsive. The solar charging feature is amazing — it works even with indoor light, so I never worry about charging. The Bluetooth connection is fast and stable, and it looks beautiful on my desk. Highly recommend it for anyone who works long hours at a computer! Read more

After five Bluetooth keyboards in 15 years (each demanding frequent charging) the Logitech Signature Slim K980 is a game-changer. EASY setup with Logi software. Powered by solar and artificial light, it can hold a charge in darkness for four months. Whisper-quiet, far superior to membrane boards, and its flat profile is perfect for lap use (though a stand is needed for desk use). No backlight saves power (alas, no shift-lock indication) just like my forever mouse, the Logi M550 L, skips side keys for efficiency (battery only down to 90% after 15 months of daily use). Naturally doesn't have premium feel or noise of Cherry Reds. Thus, I still have a couple of "forever" ownership non-BT office keyboards. This is for my living room, 100-inch TV/display, and mini-PC. The first thing I noticed was that this keyboard was for a Mac and not a PC. I should have paid more attention, but I missed that. Luckily, when I turned the keyboard on, my PC immediately recognized it. I already have Logi Options+ installed, for my mouse, and it automatically added the keyboard without me having to do anything manual for it (other than enter a code that popped up, for the keyboard to be initially recognized). This keyboard feels like it is made of very high quality, lightweight materials. Everything has a very premium feel to it. The keyboard is about the same length and width as a normal keyboard, but it is very thin. The keys feel somewhere in between a regular keyboard and a laptop keyboard. They have pretty low noise and good feedback when pressing them. The keyboard was charged and ready to go when I received it. I thought I would have to sit it somewhere sunny for a bit, or plug it in, before I could use it. The app is nice. It clearly shows the battery level. Mine is at 95% after being on in a pretty dim room for a week. I am curious to see how it holds up especially during winter. I will update the review if there are issues with it holding a charge. Update: Putting the keyboard under an LED light for less than five minutes fully recharged it. You can customize many of the keys, in the app. There are also dedicated keys for Teams meeting controls. There were a few negatives related to the design/functionality of this. First, when I looked to find the backup charging port, there is none. This can ONLY be charged by solar. Second, there are no lights whatsoever on this keyboard. I would like to have a caps lock light. You can disable caps lock in the settings, but I would prefer to not do that and to have a light. I'm guessing this was done to cut down on the battery usage, but I wouldn't think one tiny LED would make that big of a difference. They could have also made it to where you can disable the light. The other issue is that the height/angle of this is not adjustable. It sits at a fixed angle. The angle was fine for me, but if you either want it completely flat or angled more, it isn't something you can change. If you are looking for a very premium solar-powered keyboard, and don't mind paying a premium price for it, I would recommend this keyboard. Read more

I'm a big fan of Logitech keyboards. I got this one when I was issued a MacBook at work - I wanted the keys to match the documentation. I did have to get the Bolt receiver (USB-C version because the MacBook doesn't have any USB-A ports), and I couldn't find that on Logitech's website. But you need that to allow the keyboard to wake the computer. I really like the solar charging, though I did have to adjust my office lighting a bit. Just one less thing to worry about. Read more
