The product is easy to install, has great online support for drivers if you lose the CD and works smoothly in my Vista & Windows 7 computer. But the picture quality is not the best. However I'm not sure if a much more expensive webcam would have any better picture. To me, they all seem the same low quality. This camera has a microphone that works proper so I'm satisfied so far. My old cheap Logitech webcam worked fine also but it's driver did not work with Vista or Windows 7. Read more
i have highly recomended this product , the box is cool. the webcam is easy to install it brings cd, audiphones, and i love it,,,,all is allright, is flexible you can change the camera direction in all the ways, it can be placed hanging using it hook to put that when you want...i dont know if it brings with night vision,,,,but is too good for the low price 5 stars this is an excellent product i am satisfied Read more

This webcam is wonderful. I bought it for my 8 year old son so that he can play games and video chat with his nephew who is 6. It worked out just as I hoped.
