I work from home taking calls for 8 hours , the battery life is amazing usually by the end of my shift I only have 80% left of battery. The sound quality is also very good, it helps cancelling background noise but my favorite is that it does block out any noise my toddler makes 😅. I know the price is a lil high but if you’re a mom and you need assurance that your kids wont be heard this is a great investment. They are also comfortable, not to tight so you won’t get headaches. Good sound quality, good noise isolation, integration with Zoom without the dongle could be better - lifting up the boom mutes the microphone, but without the dongle conferencing apps don't know about the muting. Also, it is very sad that the headphones can only pair with one dongle, so I cannot keep one dongle in the office and one at home. Read more

Works find on my windows machines, but on my MacBook Pro; it cuts out randomly in the middle of zoom calls. They don't support the USB R/F so you have to use Bluetooth, and that is not very reliable for this headset, on Macs. Read more

Headset worked great, with the software... easy to setup. The problem came just under 4 months later, when I flip the switch, the light on the headset turns on for just a second, and then shuts off... it won't power up to connect to the dongle. And to top it off, Logitechs support site for this $300 hardware is hieroglyphs at best, at best! Read more

Review for Zone 950 since amazon seems to be combining multiple versions of logitech headset into reviews. These are baffling. If you buy these headphones because they have a USB dongle and you expect that when the mic is activated your audio quality remains high, you will be disappointed. No, the headphones are not connected via bluetooth, they are connected via the included USB receiver. If you play music (or a game) and turn on voice chat the audio quality with your game will drop in quality exactly the same way it would if it were connected via bluetooth. There are literally hundreds of other options that degrade the audio quality when the mic is activated and I cannot fathom why logitech would do this with a USB connected device. On this alone, I would scream "avoid" to anyone looking at these. The headset is comfortable, the ANC on the speakers is decent the mic noise cancelling is excellent. If it were not for the audio degradation when the microphone was activated I would happily keep these. Read more
