I got these for me and my mom. She's had a nostril piercing for over 20 years and I got mine a month ago. There's different lengths and gem sizes for all noses, which I didn't even know till I poured out the bag! She loves how it doesn't irritate her skin, and how she can have a short length piercing that doesn't bother the inside of her nose while having the biggest shiniest gem. Honestly, at first I was going to return these because the post was too long and I had to keep pushing the front of the earring back in because the post was visible from the front (looked like the earring was drooping forward). Then I noticed the smaller sized studs that came in the pack had slightly smaller posts, so I swapped them out and they now fit perfectly. I recently got my second lobe piercing and the piercer used the flat back studs (smaller ones in the picture), so since I have to keep those in for several weeks, I was looking for a slightly larger size that looked similar but still flat back to keep in for long durations as well and didn’t want to spend the $20+ online jewelry boutiques charge. These ended up perfect! They come with a little insertion tool which is great because you definitely need an “assist” with the posts since they come in thru the back. The flat back earrings you “screw in” go in thru the front, but it’s tough to get those little flat ends to screw in sometimes (especially if you have nails). These are way easier and stay in better. Also, watch ALL the videos in the listing because you do have to slightly (VERY slightly) bend the post of the stud for them to stay in better.
