The media could not be loaded. Update: It's a very t ricky color! My picture here and video don't accurately depict the color. In reality,it is a light sage green and ivory color. No blue/most whatsoever. May be why I didn't get the rug I wanted? I looked very carefully at all the reviews for the Mist/Ivory rug to be sure of its colorway. What I received was not anything that compares in color to all the other reviewers with photos. I'm certain I was sent the sage color. This is frustrating because I'm now skittish about ordering the largest size (this purchase was for a smaller size to check for the coloring and quality), which is what I need. I will not be a happy camper having to pack up a huge and extremely heavy rug for return. It is however, a gorgeous, well made rug and if you are flexible with what color you receive, I recommend it. I'm not sure where the error lies, if it's with the manufacturer or the shipper. I suspect manufacturing and may be why the prices are so reasonable for a rug as nice as this. I would not describe it as "soft" because it is wool fiber. It is thick and with a rug pad this will be especially comfortable to walk on. For any pet owners, hydrogen peroxide removes any and all poop, puke and pee from wool (and any other fabric) remarkably well. There is typically no bleaching affect, but to be sure with whatever you use it on, do a test in an inconspicuous area. Again, sadly I'm missing out on this beautiful rug. I picked this rug over others because it seemed to be of higher quality. And it is! It's thick and luxurious under feet. No pad needed, as with other rugs bought on Amazon. The color is different than I thought the Misty Blue would be, it almost looks like it should be the Sage Green. But I love it! We love it! My husband, the skeptic, is in love with the rug too. After the initial review I’m writing this one. The rug has pulls in it. The color is still fantastic but the rug is looking a little old after only a couple of months. Still love the feel of the rug but there are pulls that won’t vacuum away. I’m sad. In a few months we can rotate the rug but I expect it to happen again. Read more

Look. I love this rug, it's beautiful. It elevates any room. UNTIL- it starts shedding. This thing will NOT STOP SHEDDING. It's been MONTHS!! I vacuum it daily and it constantly has clumps and clumps of wool coming off of it. It makes the room look dirty. We barely walk on it, no shoe no pet household, and it still looks like I have a 500 pound cat coughing up hairballs all over my floor. If I could return it I would but it's too late :( Now I have to sell at a reduced price to some poor soul. Read more

Beautiful color and quality rug. We have another Chris Loves Julia x Loloi wool rug in our kitchen (the checkerboard rug, in a runner style) and it's held up really well to a lot of wear and tear over the last five months we've had it. It also cleans extremely well (I cleaned red velvet cake mix off an ivory piece of rug), so I imagine this one should clean equally well. As others have mentioned, it does shed, but that is to be expected with a wool rug. Vacuum it a few times, and it should go away soon. I don't think it's anything outrageous—my husband didn't even notice until he emptied the vacuum cleaner. Very nice color, too. It's a silvery-grey blue in person. Can work with a couple different furnishings (we're in the process of changing out a lot of our furnishings and wanted to start with a rug). I recommend! Read more
