I absolutely love this short sleeve, light weight sweater from LOMON! I’ve ordered several pieces from this brand and have yet to be disappointed. For reference: Ordered Size: XL, Typical Size: 12-14, Color: Apricot, 5’ 0”, 140lbs., 38D. There are so many things I like about this sweater – - Very fashionable – I love the black crew neck and trim around the sleeves and hem. It adds a modern look while still maintaining the look of a classic crew neck. - It is light weight and perfect for warmer weather. However, you could throw on a jacket and wear this sweater all year round. Because the material is so light weight, you may want to wear a camisole underneath. I will, especially for work. - The material is so soft and has a bit of a stretch to it adding to the overall comfort. I washed the sweater in cold water and in a mesh laundry bag and let it air dry. Some of the wrinkles from the package remained, so I will need to use a light iron before wearing out. I am hoping it won’t require ironing after every wash. The picture of the sweater hanging is after it was washed and dried. - I love how versatile this style of sweater is. It can be worn with jeans or capris and casual shoes or dressed up for work. I am going to wear this to the office with black Ponte style pants and loafers. It is the prefect casual but dressy sweater. It is one of those pieces that just by adding some jewelry and changing shoes, the look is completely altered. - I am really enjoying the color apricot for this upcoming spring and summer. I am not sure if my pictures accurately reflect the color. In person, it is very true to what is shown online, with more of a peach undertone than yellow. - Normally, I wear a large, but based on the size chart, I ordered an XL. Well priced and constructed wardrobe staple. White pants/jeans or bottom would be the obvious coordinate and would dictate whether this versatile top is worn for casual outings or more formal professional settings; the style is applicable to both. The sweater's versality is what lends to it being such a great staple. Moreover, its comfort is what also adds to this sweater being a repeat performer. The crew neck lays gracefully along collar bone elongating the neck, eliminating feeling of suffocation and confinement. Also, the fabric is very soft and fairly breathable, which enables the sweater to be used as a layering piece under blazers, cardigans, jean jackets etc... I found the sizing to be accurate. I am 5'9 and 128 lbs. 36 B bust. I ordered a medium and it ran ask indicated. The fit was semi roomy. Additionally, the length is past the waist, finishing more at pelvic bone. This lightweight short-sleeve sweater is such a pretty and versatile piece. It works beautifully for both office and casual wear, and it layers especially well. I’ve worn it on its own as well as under a white blazer with dark denim, which I already know is going to be one of my go-to looks this spring. The style feels very current and on-trend, with a feminine look that elevates simple outfits. It did arrive very wrinkled out of the package, but after a quick steam it looked great and draped nicely. This sweater does run true to size. I wear between a XL and XXL and opted for the XL because I wanted a more fitted look. It skims my body well and does not cling to anything. There are a few small areas on the arms where the seam quality isn’t absolutely perfect, but honestly at this price point that feels understandable and didn’t impact how the sweater looks or wears. Overall, this is a lightweight, stylish layering piece that feels easy to dress up or down. I’m really happy with it and expect to get a lot of use out of it. Read more
This short sleeve sweater looks very classy like a sweater that American designer brands would sell. The fit was slim-fitting, and the material was thick enough so that it didn't cling to my lumps and bumps. The length of the sweater is a little longer than cropped, so you can wear this tucked into high-waisted pants or wear it untucked, over pants that are fitted at the waist and hips. The fabric isn't particularly high-end, so it will eventually pill. But the fabric content is 80% viscose and 20% nylon, so technically it is going to be breathable. Props to the designer for choosing viscose over polyester! Currently, the sweater is on sale with a coupon, and at the sale price, this sweater is a STEAL. I reviewed the black sweater with white accents, which to me, looks the most classy. Five stars. Read more
