These are honestly the cutest palazzo pants. I was hesitant because they seemed very wide legged(even for palazzos) but they lay really nicely once you hang them out. Nice and flowy. Material feels sturdy yet light enough for summer, it's very comfortable a little rough but soft & flowy enough for humid summers. I love the pattern, it's a classic gingham. The pockets are quite deep, but could not fit a nintendo switch. I am 5'2 and they go down to my ankles, the pants look big on me, but they also create a really fun silhouette. The pants did not arrive as pictured. They do not have the white tag in the center front of the waist band which was quite disappointing as I bought these for the “boxer look”. This also leads me to struggle to determine the front from the back if there is any difference. They are more of a mid waist rise but I have a short torso (5’4”) so they still hit me above my belly button. The material is a good quality with no stretch. If the pants had arrived as pictured, the rating would have been higher. Read more

I’m writing this review as an apology to Amazon. I think I’ve purchased five other pair of black and white pants and every time they’ve been wrong and I’ve been disappointed or annoyed. The fabric has been wrong or the fit has been terrible or they have been made for someone with long legs when mine are not that. But these are amazing!! The fabric is light and while I guarantee, it’s not 100% cotton, it’s more cotton like than anything else that’s arrived on my doorstep. They are wide and cropped, and the waist is wide enough elastic to be forgiving to my perimenopausal body. These are a great investment, sandals, and a fun T-shirt and you are good to go! These pants are perfect for me - long enough to cover what needs to be covered but stylishly cropped and loose enough to be cool in the summer heat. I have a bigger waist and more narrow hips so many of this style of elastic waist pants doesn't fit right for me, but I found the waistband to be generous and fit just right - plus it's wide and comfy. The volume of the pants is just right, big enough to make a statement but not cartoonish. The fabric is comfortable for me and the pockets work well for my phone. They have washed well so far, can't speak to durability but they seem sturdy so far. I actually bought another pair of these in a different color which I rarely do - but the colors are so nice that I bet I wind up with three of them! Read more
