These are simply like long regular scissors. The worst feature is that they are not sturdy enough to cut through thicker toenails. The smaller toenails can be cut OK, but not as easy as they say it is. Read more

Purchased because of the slightly extended handle length which is helpful in clipping nails without too much bending. Apparently it is meant to provide relieve for several nail issues but as a result is minimally effective for any of them. The finger holes are too small to allow easy handling. The entire unit is so thin that it provides no leverage or heft trimming a nail and is just slightly capable of cutting a thick nail. Product description claims "for seniors" but fails to clarify: skinny seniors with very strong hands and no arthritis would perhaps be pleased with this product. Everyone else: keep looking.
