The media could not be loaded. I thought it was a 4pack but it came with 3 and the taper needle along with the tool to screw and hold which was so easy to use. These are super cute the ones I did get. I definitely sterilized before putting one in. I did feel some burning like feeling even after cleaning them throughly. Have lost atleast 1 jewel piece off of all 3 rings already. I am a licensed body piercer so I know they were secure but they continued to fall off. Was pretty tho but my pic shows my last one & one has already fell out. Read more
