The media could not be loaded. I thought it was a 4pack but it came with 3 and the taper needle along with the tool to screw and hold which was so easy to use. These are super cute the ones I did get. I definitely sterilized before putting one in. I did feel some burning like feeling even after cleaning them throughly.
