I was a little surprised when I took this out of the package. I have a 3 year old camo colored variation which is thicker/heavier than this new one. I ordered a medium and certainly could have gone with a small. I am 5'6", 134#, but I am happy with it as I expected it to be loose fitting. Even though the material is not as thick as it looks, it is well made and comfortable. Running it in the dryer did help fluff the fleece a bit and it is very soft. It is warm enough for being outside when temps are in the 40s and the light weight is great for plane trips instead of heavier jackets and sweatshirts. It was well packed and was perfect for wearing on plane trips instead of heavier and more constricting jackets. I wear my camo one almost everyday and it is starting to show some wear from washings so it will be retiring to the cabin. This sage green will be a beautigul replacement. I love this item. I wanted a nice sweater coat to wear around the house instead of a robe over my leggings and pajamas and this is perfect! I wear XL but wanted something to wrap around me like a blanket so I ordered a bigger size and it has a warm hood for chilly nights. But it's not too heavy to wear during the day. I couldn't be happier! I also like that it has stretchy cuffs and is so soft, inside and out. It comes to my knees and I am 5'7. If I still owned a cat, it would be laying on my lap constantly. I REALLY like the ample sleeze size in the 3X I purchased. I REALLY like how soft & cozy it feels. I think this is going to be perfect to ward off the morning chill in my house. However, the construction leaves it impossible for me to close the front in any way. It's not something I would wear outside. I may provide myself with an additional piece of fabric to add enough coverage to my front area. I'm not that good of a seamstress but this should be easy. I will also note that the color is a bit lighter and closer to a rust than the burgundy depicted in the posted photo, so I would adjust my expectations. It's still a nice color, but I did want the richer, darker wine color than this. Since I am not fancy and this wasn't something I planned to wear outside, it's not important. But yes I am SO GLAD to have a very warm but not weighty way to cover my arms and stay WARM. I'M GOING TO SLEEP IN IT TONIGHT. This is cozy, but one would have to dislocate their wrists to easily put their hands in the pockets, and attempts to store anything in the pockets would result in the items falling out. The pocket openings are at the back of the pockets (?). Read more
