Chair arrived with wrong color upholstery, but delightful seller responded immediately and replaced items. Chair is structurally well engineered, assembly and instructions are clear and straight forward. The metal parts are very strong, I appreciate the weight of the chair, it's solid and reassuring, to the degree that some buyers may want an extra set of hands for assembly. The assembly screws have a bit of blue Loctite on the threads, which makes the screws a little harder to tighten. The purpose (and upside) of the Loctite is that the assembly screws are never going to loosen from use, never. I found using a little better hex wrench in addition to the one provided eased assembly, but the one provided works fine, just take your time with assembly. Aesthetically, this is a very beautiful chair! My prior career was as a furniture designer and maker (wood), and this Lonwik chair has a nice balance of form and function, and is most comfortable. I love the Mid Century look, and it looks right at home with my walnut desk that I built over 40 years ago. Overall this chair is a great value, couldn't be happier. Nice work Lonwik! Read more

Because of packaging, the back cushion has a small wrinkle/divot pressed into the padding. I thought it would eventually right itself out, but it has been the same since I put it together about two weeks ago. Read more

Very comfortable chair. The first one they sent had a chip in the wood on the back. They sent a replacement quickly and really seem to care about customer service. i am 6' 4" and 300 lbs, this chair is height adjustable and can lock in straight or unlock to lean back. Sits solidly on the floor and rolls easily. I love the look of the walnut back, it goes nicely with my walnut desk. It was easy to assemble, the instructions were clear and all parts were there. I really wanted to love this chair - it looks great, it’s very comfortable and plush upon immediately sitting on it. With continued (mostly) remote work, I wanted something that still looked like it belonged in my home vs. a typical office chair, but still provided comfort and appropriate support. The latter is where this product fails and while I probably could have anticipated this due to the fact it’s missing elements like armrests, the product listing claims “ergonomic” in it’s title so I would have assumed other features were more supportive. After working for 8+ hours a day in it for the last couple of weeks, I can tell you that this is not a great chair for that purpose. It reclines too easily, meaning you’re often rocking, my neck and shoulders feel a bit strained. For more hobby work/uses where it’s for a couple of hours here and there, I’d absolutely purchase this, but for a mostly WFH life, I wouldn’t recommend it. Read more

So far, I love this chair! My old office chair had arms and they were always catching on the desk and finally ripped. I decided to try armless. It's an adjustment but im much happier. I ordered roller blade wheels, when I ordered the chair, and it's amazing the difference!! It's like gliding on ice now. Sometimes I have to remember not to launch myself across my office!! The seat is very comfortable and the back comes up to just about my shoulder blades(I'm 5'4). I can roll my shoulders back over the top. It's nice and wide and very sturdy. You don't feel like you will fall off. Great for someone with a wider bottom or a bad judge of distance and a tendency to miss the chair once in a while 😆 As for longevity, its only been 3 days. I have high hopes for it. The material is super soft too, which I love!! It was super easy to assemble. If you've ever put a chair together, you can probably have this one unpacked and finished in 30 mins. Read more
