True to size, I ordered my usual size S and the tops fit so well. (5'8", 124 lbs). I have long arms but the sleeves were long enough to use the thumb holes comfortably. The tops are fitted, but not tight. Comfortable and warm enough for running, and I can easily pull over an extra layer for warmth on those really cold mornings. I felt these were a great bargain for this set of two running shirts. I will probably order another set after the holidays. I highly recommend. I ordered the set with black and olive green.
