It definitely is hydrating and plumps but after a while the actual applicator becomes bendy so be careful. I would say the formula kind of dissolves as well. I fear that my girl is who already use lip plumper’s won’t find this plumper that beneficial. I naturally have big lips so it doesn’t do a lot for me. The gloss it has is very beautiful and it does stay for about an hour or two it’s not sticky but overall, it is pretty good quality. I have many shades of this Lip Plump brand. I love them. This shade is not too red or pink. It tingles a little but nothing weird. It does make your lips appear fuller. It's very glossy.
