Good on the go moisturizer
One thing my Gramma taught me early was soap up the shadows and moisturize the saggy bits. I miss her humor every day! She always greased me up like a little piglet as a kid and now I know why! Every day I do get dry skin but exfoliating and then following her routine has saved me from cracked flaking skin. I found this by luck. What made me keep it was the night before my sister's wedding: My husband is a big beefy guy who shaved his head and manages to bump into things at just the perfect time. The evening after wedding rehearsal, he stepped almost past the eave of the house and... "!boink!" Yep... A nice gash on the top of his noggin. Wedding photos were the next day. At home I cleaned it and then put a thick layer of this on underneath a thick layer of "Don't even say anything else..." (: The next day the scraped skin came off and there was no bad discoloration! Though I chased him around relentlessly with my concealer like a spider monkey he drew a line in the sand. Lucky for him though he passed inspection as we got in the car. No one would ever know by the photos and photographer touchups weren't needed. As for me it keeps my acne prone skin from flaring up bad and my skin doesn't drink my NARS foundation before I can get my setting spray on. While this is a little pricier than other moisturizers out there, it's not as expensive as others. This is a happy daily middle for me now where a little drop goes a long way. If I skip a few days my skin goes dull and even if exfoliated feels like a desert. I now keep it in my go bag! Read more
