This backpack is very stiff. This makes it difficult to even access the interior of the backpack. I doubt this will soften up. The side pockets are very small, my sunglasses barely fit. This is really sized for a child. I wish it came in a larger size. I will keep it, but it's not for everyday, or even a trip to the magic kingdom. Read more
