These are beets that taste as fresh as beets you’d cook yourself- without all the prep and cooking time. They have the attractive color of new beets and are the perfect size. Very tasty, I have been buying them for a long time when I am too lazy to do my own beets from fresh. They don't need cooking. Good quality. They are fresh-tasting and stay that way until the Best Buy date. Only enough for 2 adults in package, so not exactly economical. Read more
