Thank you so much for an amazing product and customer service. I love the toy. I had the lush 3 first. However I am almost positive mines defective.. I would love to give this a 5 star review. I’ve never encountered this issue with any of my other Lovense toys. My lush 4 just randomly goes off and won’t stop unless I turn it off and back on and/or disconnect and reconnect to the Lovense app. It happens 10+ times per stream if not way more.. The media could not be loaded. This vibe truly does it all. Im so impressed. I love that you can control everything through an app. The little blinking lights are fun to play around with and pick your favorite color. I appreciate that the toy also has a power button if I dont feel like using the app on the phone. The silicone is super soft and its a nice size, not too big but will stay in place hands free. There are several app functions that are fun to play around with and make this vibe truly unique. I think its cool you can share the link with a partner and they can control the vibe from anywhere. You can also wear it in public, while someone controls it. Its very quiet. After comparing other Bluetooth vibes, Im really glad I went with this brand. This company has quality issues. We had purchased the Lush 3. Suddenly, it stopped charging. Purchased the Lush 4 as a replacement, and it was dead out of the box. Ultimately, since the product was dead on arrival and I contacted Amazon right away, they did issue a credit. (Thank you, Amazon) Now, there is more to the story. If you purchase directly from Lovense (not Amazon), they will offer a warranty replacement at a 55% discount. The catch is that the list price on the Lovense website is double the price on Amazon, and they have a standing “promotion” of 50% off the list price. To net it out, their highly discounted warranty-replacement offer is $5 off the Amazon price. That feels... not great. When all is said and done, Amazon helped where they could. Lovense, not so much. What sounded like a great warranty offer turned out to be less than compelling. You need to think twice before hitting that buy button. I should have read more of the reviews myself before buying. I was super excited to have been able to invest in another Lovense product particularly the Lush4. After ONLY 5-6 weeks it no longer will function correctly. It connect via Bluetooth but there is no vibration at all. Seen like the wires inside disconnected. My opinion, Lovense should have kept the Lush's shape about the same as is was of previous models 1-3. The horseshoe curvature is a bit too much and it seems as if the wiring inside can became faulty totally disconnected. I have submitted a request for replacement or credit.
