Super sturdy but also light-weight, the large size fits an adult boxer AND a 2 year old boxer comfortably. A quick wipe down with a soapy, wet rag does the trick when its time for dog chores. Nice bed! I put it together myself in about 20 minutes keeping in mind the reviews & watching the video a bunch of times. The last corner was a bear at first then I saw in the tiny instruction print to hold the last joint in a 45 degree angle. Screw that in just until it catches then you can put it down flat & tighten all screws. The 2nd one will go a lot faster. Both boys are in it, 75 and 60 lbs each.
