I have purchased Lovevook products before, so I had high expectations for this bag, and it did not disappoint. This bag has lots of room to accommodate a laptop, tablet, binders, and books. There are lots of deep pockets from front to back that provide storage space for everything. The included “pencil pouch” holds all the highlighters and pens that I need, along with sticky notes, flags, and a small notepad. It fits nicely within the bag or in one of the two elastic pockets on the side. I was hesitant about the zippered top, but the zipper seems very sturdy, and I’ve found that it is superior to the typical backpack-style closure. I was upset because the shipping took 11 days longer than originally stated, however, when I received the package, I realized it was totally worth the wait! The quality of this bag is excellent, it looks beautiful and feels very sturdy. The stitching is well done, and details like the gold buckles are in perfect condition. Absolutely love this backpack. I use it for work every day. It has so many pockets and fits both my laptops. It's comfortable and the color is perfect. I've ever used it as a carry-on travel backpack. But Lovevook has a travel backpack that I purchased as my new carry-on. Material is good quality and comfortable. Definitely worth the price. Every where I go, I get compliments about this bag. It not only looks great, but it's water resistent, it's very sturdy and has room for everything! in it, I have 2 water bottles, first aid kit, personal products, an abundance of pens, my laptop, tons of papers/folders, keys, wallet, name badges on lanyard, 2 phones, etc etc etc and STILL room to spare. I can use it as a backpack (even just one strap,) or a bag using the the two handles. Backpack is nice, lots of pockets, storage. Gave a four star because shipping wAs not as promised. Blamed it on weather. Was tracking package it showed that the other package was already shipped and on its way but this bag never left. Blamed it on the weather but I have ordered other stuff from other merchants after I ordered this and the others arrived on time despite the weather. I am disabled and carry alot of medical things as well as needed things. I have for quite some time been reduced to using a diaper bag to be able to have everything and it still didn't work and caused me to have to have a secondary bag. This however is perfect, it holds everything I carry, fits on my walker or wheelchair and is still manageable for me to carry because even full it's not heavy. The quality is so amazing and well made, sturdy and strong. I'm thrilled that I chose the black on black because I knew I was going to customize it my way anyway.
