Much stiffer and more rigid than I anticipated. The canvas like materiel feels rather thick which will help to protect the contents if incidentally bumped again something. The colors are exactly as shown and the backpack is exactly as described. I was surprised at the weight and will be testing it out father during my future travels. I was looking for something for work that would be professional yet feminine and I could carry as a backpack but that looked and functioned more like a briefcase. This fits all of those needs plus more. First of all it is beautiful and the color scheme will go with everything I could ever wear. It is made very well, the fabric is high end and thick, the rivets and zippers are metal and function well. It has a crazy amount of pockets for a lot of storage and organization, more pockets than I can even fill! I appreciate the multiple pockets on the front, that the water bottle pockets expand out wide, the hidden pocket on the back, the padded pocket for a laptop and a tablet inside, another large zipper pocket inside, and even two more small water bottle pockets on the inside which I use for reading glasses and the like. The straps are very durable and padded, and I appreciate all the little touches like the closure tab on the top straps to keep them closed and the way that the opening stays open with it almost having a frame on the top. This backpack is awesome. I can fit everything I need for the day inside and organized with all the pockets! I wish there was a smaller version I would get that one too. I plan on getting the larger pieces for luggage on my next trip. Read more

For how much they are hyped up i guess I expected a little bit of a better quality for every part of the backpack. But the straps are not real comfortable...maybe once they get broke in. The the snaller backpack as well as another backpack from this brand is the same way. Backpack is bought from a different brand, in video, has much nicer straps and the quality is really nice with soft material. It doesn't fit my water bottle great in the inside pocket where I can zip it shut and is a bit smaller or I would be keep it and sending both these this back. The smaller ipad pocket doesn't fit an ipad or any not pads. Its really a pointless pocket for me. My ipad is an 11 inch ipad air M3 and wont fit in the pocket. Would have lived to have a separate pocket for my labtop and ipad. The drink holders inside are not the same height one is half the size as the other. The bigger one is a snug fit with books and two cups. Smaller size one will fit both but completely crams my books and is a super tight fit that I wont be using. Returning the small one. It's a heavier duty material on the outside. Also wish the inside had a better selection of colors maybe black, blue, or cream would be much better than the brown. Read more

This "bag-pack" is sturdy and stylish with plenty of pockets! Made of heavy canvas material it's a great "all-in-one" bag for work. It holds my laptop/accessories as well as all the other items I usually carry in a purse. I have not tried this yet, but it appears the large center pocket might even be insulated if you wanted to use it with a cold pack for lunch or a picnic. There are 2 outside pockets suitable for all types of water bottles--including one for Stanley cups and an extra tall pocket inside the bag for a water bottle or thermos. I was sick of juggling 3 bags at work (purse, laptop bag and lunch), so now I can just use one! And it looks more dressy and "put-together" than a regular casual backpack. Read more
