I bought this when I decided to go back to school and I love it! It holds everything I need and has lots of pockets so I can keep everything organized. The straps are thick and durable. Update 9/15/23- I have changed my rating to 4 stars from 2…the company replied promptly to my inquiry about the broken zipper and sent out a replacement bag even though the initial 30 day window had passed. Excellent customer service and a really cute product! I will definitely be ordering from this vendor again. Original review: My daughter was very excited to get this bag for school. It is very cute and seemed pretty durable until the zipper started pulling away from the bag and can no longer be closed. She has only been in school for 3 weeks and is not hard on things. Other than the zipper, this bag is great - it is showing no wear in any other areas and I would gladly give it 5 stars (and purchase one for myself) if the zipper had not failed... Read more

This backpack is large enough to fit my laptop and tablet if necessary (cushioned to keep them protected) as well as accessories. Although it’s sturdy, it’s still nice looking. I’ve received many compliments on it. I’ve been carrying it for some time now so it’s not as pristine, but I’ll just throw it in the washing machine. The charging port on the side seems a little outdated. That’s the only negative feedback I have. Read more
