The bag is really nice and came very well packed. All the handles had separate wrappings around them, and the bag was inside a fabric bag then an outer plastic bag, before putting it in a box. Love this bag! Been using it for several months and it’s perfect for a long day at work - I can fit my coffee canteen, some books and other accessories I need to travel around. The color is true to the photo and the compartments are really spacious. It’s actually bigger than the picture advertised but it’s really sturdy and I tend to knock my bags around a lot wherever I go. The straps are comfy and adjustable too.
