I bought this black tote for work to replace another. It has become my favorite work bag so far. I love the way the bag feels and it feels comfortable to carry on my shoulder. I don't over stuff my bag though because the straps will start slipping from my shoulder but it can definitely hold quite a bit. I love that it was delivered covered in a dust bag and got to me in perfect condition. I've saved the brown tote on my wish list for future purchase. Read more
I love this bag! It's comfy to carry and I love that I can fit my 40oz cup standing up in the bag with my laptop, makeup, lunch, etc. I can carry everything I need for work and purple is my favorite color. Do not hesitate buy this bag! Read more

It’s a beautiful bag and very comfortable to carry but mine came with some defects and customer service was not too friendly when I reached out about a different issue. I am Going to try to reach out about these issues and we will see if they make things right but you can see the glue is already coming apart and I have only used it twice. Also, the glue was slapped all over one of the hinges and these black strings were coming out of it everywhere. I had to clean the glue off and cut a lot of the strings off but as you can see from the photos, more the black string is coming through. I Ordered the bag only about two weeks ago. Also, the strap to hold your laptop in is way longer than the Velcro so the laptops don’t feel too secure and they are constantly moving back and forth. it is quite annoying !!! Read more
