I needed a bag for work when my last tote wore out and I found this one. It is sturdy and stands by itself even when empty. The quality and craftsmanship is excellent. The color choices are beautiful. It has plenty of room for my lunchbox, and pockets for my coffee travel cup and my water travel cup. There is a padded area for my laptop and another smaller one for a tablet or a slim notebook. There are inside pockets for small items and pens and a zippered area for flat items. It has an outside pocket for my phone and a key tether. The bag zips at the top. The removable shoulder strap is strong and comfortable. This would be great for traveling but I use it for work daily. It’s a nice bag on the outside but the inside is a little chintzy; the material feels cheap. The inside zipper broke on day two, but I was able to return for a replacement. Love the look of the outside. It’s sturdy and holds so much! The little clutch is a great touch and also holds a lot. It does get heavy yet the shoulder strap is well made and evens out the weight.
