This is a great bag! It’s very soft and roomy! My daughter was on a trip and she realized she needed a new carry on bag to fly home. I ordered this bag and had it sent to the address where she was staying. She loves the shoe compartment on the bottom, and hasn’t had any trouble with the zipper. Attractive affordable bag that holds a pretty good amount. I love the bottom compartment for shoes. I have a large foot (size 10) and was able to fit a pair of Chelsea Boots in there just fine. Ladies with a smaller foot could probably fit even more. There are pockets inside the main compartment that will help keep belongings organized. I also really like that there’s a flap so you can hook it onto your luggage handle. The color is a nice neutral tan but there are others you can pick from and the bag is quite soft so I’m hoping it will fit under my airplane seat well.
