I bought the 13.5 inch black bag and for the price I wasn't expecting something so well made. The outer material, the lining, and the zippers are all very good quality. The main compartment holds a lot of stuff and there are many useful pockets both inside and on the outside of the bag. I’m so glad I got this black messenger bag! It’s the perfect mix of practical and stylish. I use it as my mom bag since it holds everything, my kids are old enough where I don't need an actual "diaper bag" anymore, but still young enough where extra change of clothes, baby wipes and snacks are still needed! This purse holds it all and then some! I like that it can be worn multiple ways, and has an adjustable strap. It still looks sleek enough to use as an everyday purse. The media could not be loaded. I used to get the holographic purse from Lovevook and I would get compliments all the time. Then I went from a Bagsmart back to Lovevook and the quality is just so much better. The outside of this bag is soft and the zippers are smooth. I love that all of the hardware is black and it just gives the bag understated elegance. Now I have a matching purse and backpack both from Lovevook for my commute. The only thing I might change is the strap, it doesn't have the cushion thing for your neck/shoulder and with my shoulders, I can only wear it crossbody. The strap also does not unhook or I could use the one from the Bagsmart strap...I will just buy one that velcros around the strap. Its really a lovely bag and weighs very little on its own, just like the backpack. Would buy again and very likely will. I had cataract surgery recently and needed a bag that would carry multiple pairs of glasses, water bottles, drops, a small umbrella and all the usual purse items. This one has done it marvelously! The strap isn't the most comfortable or stylish thing, but it's fine for casual use and the length adjustments work and stay put after adjusting. I suspect I'll go back to my smaller bags, but this one will get pulled back out for travel for sure! Read more

Student nurse here. I purchased the small bag for my nursing clinical. It fits my 9th-generation iPad (10.2 display), my THICK drug book, stethoscope, blood pressure cuff, scissors, pen light, foldable clipboard, and one composition notebook. I have writing tools in one of the front pockets and travel-size personal hygiene products in the other pocket. It's packed with those items alone, but I dislike those large, oversized totes.
