If you have sensitive skin, this is such a great body wash to try out. It’s actually one of the better ones that I have tried. I found that it didn’t irritate or dry out my skin like a lot of other body wash products. It also has a light pleasant fragrance. And I don’t know if this matters but it’s white and creamy and color and texture.. The only downside to it, is that it does not produce a lot suds, which I tend to prefer. I love the nice scent of this Lubriderm Moisturizing Body and Face wash! It is fresh and lightweight, as soon as I smell it, I immediately want to try it out! It has a nice creamy texture, very moisturizing and hydrating. Just as the label says, my skin feels smooth and hydrated after using it! This absolutely provides daily moisture to my skin! I also like that it is free of parabens, phthalates, dyes and sulfates. It is also dermatologist tested and suitable for sensitive skin. This goes on quite thick and does not foam, so it does feel I use a lot. (Think of showing the body with hair conditioner vs a bar of soap.) But the feeling of soft skin is pretty immediate - but dries down when toweled off and it will need a moisturizer follow-up. I originally bought it for my elderly mom and I like it! The scent is minimal. It smells like a pleasant soap - nothing I can identify. Not beachy, pungent or flowery... Just a pleasant soapy scent. Gentle. So alone it is not going to replace face or even body moisturizer - but does not seem like it will dry it out either. Best body part that it seemed to help are my lower legs which tend to get dry. The only thing is the price. Its not cheap, but again, it does on thicker and will last about 6 - 8 showers depending on your body size. Try it! Read more
Years ago I had a Dermatologist tell me to use Lubriderm. He said thicker is not always better. I have followed his advice for two dozen years. I have the softest skin ever. And now they finally have a body wash. I don't have to use as much lotion because it leaves my skin so hydrated. It is just enough foam for me but my water is hard so I'm sure it has a thicker lather. It is reasonably priced for a quality brand. Read more
Product is great. However the bottle cap does not stay closed during shipping. I received one order combined with other items and everthing in my order was covered with Lubriderm. At the least, put the Lubriderm in a zip lock bag. Read more
