This is my second pair of these boots by Lucky Brand. Lucky Brand is my go-to for footwear, primarily due to the quality of their products, consistent sizing and great selection. I wear a 6.5 in LB footwear, and these fit true to size. The calf is a regular cut, and the calf is snug for me but a wide calf would have been too big. There is some goring at the top so that helps to get them zipped up, and being suede leather, they will stretch with wearing. I only buy tall boots that have the full length zipper for better access. I always spray my suede footwear with water repellant to enhance their longevity. The heel size is perfect and the color is a nice neutral. My other pair are black, and I have enjoyed wearing them with dresses or jeans. The boots are very comfortable, have great structure and I highly recommend them. Read more

I’m a Lucky brand fan and love the Lucky ankle boots, so I decided to try these taller boots. They are less comfortable on the balls of my feet, but they look nice. The suede gets dusty- looking easily. The most important thing is check your fit before deciding to keep or return the boots. I was sent two boots with the same sizing on the sole and inside, yet they were very different around my calf. I’m talking one side was loose and one was tight. And, no, I do not have two different sized legs. Hah! :) I processed a return for another pair, and they were so tight on my calves and very beat up looking. Finally, I had to reorder and received a brand new pair in the Lucky box with all the Lucky packaging, even with each boot in plastic. These were finally a perfect fit- just what I ordered.
