I have the REAL version of these boots purchased from the mall department store 5 or 6 years ago. This IS NOT the same boot. I don't even believe these are real leather. They feel sort of plastic, not like my original boots. My original boot is an 8.5 regular width and fits perfectly. I ordered this one in a 9 regular because as I've gotten a little older my feet swell a little by end of day. Well strangely, I can barely get my foot in this larger size! I thought it might just be the newness of the boot. Once it's on, it's extremely baggy in the ankle but then too small in the knees! I had to try the boots on with leggings to get it up my leg all the way. I've been disappointed with items before but at this pricing point, this one takes the cake and if I could give a rating less that 1 star, I would. Oddly, this is also the first instance I've encountered where it can take up to 30 days to get my refund?? Is that new?? It took all of 2 minutes to draft the money off my card but it takes weeks to put it back??? Hmmm.... so yeah, be mindful of the refund delay as well if you decide to take a chance and order these and have to send them back. Read more

I fell head over heels for these boots and decided to splurge on them; however, they run about a half size too big and the calf area is huge on me. The tag attached says there is a regular calf and wide calf option available which was news to me. I checked and there is a separate listing on Amazon for the wide calf option, but I can’t believe this is the regular calf size? I also checked other sites like the direct Lucky site, DSW, Belk etc. and none of the listings specified a calf option. Now I’m a curvier mid size girl (5’2, 165lbs), so it’s not like I’m very thin with equally slender legs. I love they’ve got an option for wide calves, because I have friends who struggle with boots being too tight, but I’m curious if both Amazon’s listings are for the wide calf regardless of the title, because the bagginess is borderline ridiculous. They fit more like clunky rain boots than a sleek, stylish riding boot I thought them to be. I tried thicker knee high socks, but I just can’t do it. I love them look wise, but I can’t justify keeping $200+ boots that fit this poorly. Incredibly disappointed, so if you have slender legs, I would steer clear of these. Read more
