I absolutely love this ring! Its beautiful and easy to spin and good quality. I take it off to wash dishes and shower because I dont think it would do well in water but im not about to try and find out lol its pretty easy to spin and seems well made. Sizing is accurate . I absolutely LOVE this ring!! It is very helpful in anxiety provoking situations. It helps me not interrupt people while conversing with them and I use it to keep my mind busy while actively listening. I’d give a 5 star but the gold color is a bit too orange looking. It’d be perfect if the color was lighter and not orange/yellow color. It fits great and it spins really well. It helps to have the “Just Breathe” as a reminder when I’m having an anxiety attack and I’m starting to struggle. I may order another but in silver. Thanks to whoever thought of this product!
