It’s a thick fully lined heavy material- feels like I paid double what it actually cost. It’s a deep rich black and gives the feel of a blazer. The pockets are fake (on the front) but add a very cute detail. It’s short! I’m short and this dress is short! I bought an extra large and it fit perfectly!! I’m currently looking for some res shoes b/c this dress will be worn during the holiday season to one of the many parties I’ll be invited to! I LOVE THIS DRESS! I'm going to order another one in red for Valentine's Day and on in black for a random date night with Hubbie! The material is very nice, not cheaply made at all! The v neck is not too low for my height (5'5"), and the dress fit my normal size (XL-I'm 220 lbs). My only issues with the dress were the small zipper (impossible for me to zip up without help) and how short the dress is in the back. I could not bend over without showing a little something....lol.
