Lululemon logo on the strap not visible when extended
Very disappointed. The lululemon writing on the strap disappears as you extend to make it larger. You can only see it on the inside of the strap. It’s like it was put on backwards. There is definitely a design flaw here. This will be returned. Update 9/10/2025: I also want to add that the seller tried to charge me $6 for returning a defective item. This is unacceptable and poor business. Luckily I spoke with Customer service and they emailed me a free shipping label. Lastly, when you click on customer support it provides you a number for Lululemon. When I called them they stated they do not sell their products on Amazon, so the entire return process was very confusing and time consuming. Read more
