This is the most comfortable lower lumbar pillow. I have used it to help me sleep. Usually I would get up from bed and have the most uncomfortable ache. This pillow has help fits comfortably on your side or directly on the lower back. It has grooves. It seems light and it is, but it gives support. The material is soft cloth which it's washable.
