Decent for the price
This is about the least expensive lunch bag I could find, so I had tempered expectations for its quality, and I have to say that considering the price, I think it's pretty good. It has a single, relatively thin layer of insulation. I am able to keep my lunch in a fridge, so I only need the insulation in transit, and have found this to be perfectly acceptable. I'd you do not have access to a fridge, I would definitely use an ice pack inside the bag to keep things cool. It's plenty large for my purposes.
