The sports bra is very comfortable, and it fits true to size. The low neckline is flattering, and good under tops. I liked the deep red color and thevery soft fabric. The shorts/ leggings are also true to size. They offer good compression, and the fitted waist band doesnt fall down or roll. I found them a little tight on the bottom seam, around the thigh which gives a little jelly roll, however I would still wear them. I do have full thighs, and they might not be right on you. I ordered a size Large in the Zephyr blue color (for reference, I’m 5’9”, 147 lbs, 36D/29/39) and the fit is spot on. I have an autonomic disorder (similar to POTS) that causes blood pooling, so I rely on compression leggings and socks daily and own well over 40 compression pieces. These genuinely stand out in terms of quality and construction. The fabric is substantial but comfortable, with thoughtful compression that feels supportive without being restrictive. There’s subtle contouring and reinforced support through the hips, lower back, and waistband, which makes a noticeable difference both for stability and comfort. They move beautifully with the body and maintain consistent compression without digging in or sliding down. They’re also extremely flattering, which is not always a given with compression wear. No awkward seams, no exaggerated ruching, and no odd shaping in the back. I honestly forgot I was even wearing them after a few hours, which says a lot. My new favorite workout gear. This set is buttery soft and very supportive. The bra is made with removable pads and gives great lift and support. The pants and shorts also have amazing lower back support. The material is an excellent grade and thickness, but not bulky. Machine washable and doesn’t pill after several washes. Highly recommend!!!
