Very good quality, good size, has feet and drainage openings.
This is a very nice, sturdy, good quality clear acrylic bath or shower caddy with a removable handle and gold toned accent hardware and feet. The acrylic is thick and a good quality and the quality is very nice. It both looks nice and is very functional for storage. It will coordinate well with other gold tone and clear acrylic storage and decor items. For the size it holds quite a bit. The height of the handle wasn’t too low and it didn’t get in the way. It’s good for bath soap bottles, shampoo and conditioner bottles and other items. Be sure and check the measurements in the listing details and pictures to be sure it will fit your surface or shower area. This is especially important if you want to use it in a shower or shower stall with a seat or corner area to be sure it will fit. Note that the gold tone on the feet and hardware is more of a warm vs neutral or cool toned gold. It’s not rose toned gold but it’s more warm than neutral and fairly brassy in tone as the pictures in the listing show. The feet lift it up for drainage and to keep it off of the surface you place it on. This does help with drainage compared to holders with just drainage openings and no feet to lift it up off the surface. The feet don’t have a pad or surface on the base for non slip but the listing rates them as non slip. You will have to watch them like all metal items in a bath or shower for eventual rust. They are rated as rust resistant, but you’ll want to keep an eye out for it just in case. It does have a good amount of drainage openings in the base so it will drain well and not hold water and moisture. It’s an open style with no dividers or sections in the main caddy area. You will have to do some minor, easy assembly when you get it. It should be easy for most people and instructions are included and a reusable Phillips style device you can keep and reuse is included. You can use it with or without the side areas and handle. It can be used as a plain caddy without sides and a handle or you can install the sides and handle. The handle is secure but if it were a caddy I’d be carrying around vs just occasionally moving, I’d want one with a built in vs detachable handle. You don’t have to install the gold toned feet if you don’t want to, but I’d suggest doing so to lift it up for better drainage in the drainage openings in the caddy base. You will need to use the included Phillips style device and the small Phillips hardware to install the feet. You install the Phillips style hardware pointing downward (Phillips top facing upward to tighten) in the openings in the caddy toward the feet. I twisted the feet onto the hardware to get it started and tightened it up with the Phillips style device. For installing the sides, a few tips. You don’t place the sides on the inside part of the caddy tray. You place them on the outside part of the main caddy tray. You then twist (no Phillips device needed) the threaded gold cap bolt style hardware into the openings (pointing them inward with the outside flat area on the outside of the caddy) to secure it. You do the same with the handle to secure it. If you look at the pictures in the listing it will help to show how to assemble it and what goes where. Read more
