The media could not be loaded. Love this! Simple functionality and easy to set up. My daughters love it. We use it to let one another know that we are home and/or going to bed. There is only one touch feature, which makes it very simple. The app is easy to navigate and set up too. Each of us have a different main color and animation but once one more of us taps the light, it will mix the colors together with the last persons animation. I got this because my friend lives far away and thought it would be a unique way to let her know I’m thinking about her. There are different effects and colors which is neat and the app lets you assign meanings to the colors so for instance you could assign “crankypotomus” to red and then when you select red from the options it lets the person know you’re a crankypotomus lol. It’s such a neat idea and I think more personal than a text message or “like” on a social media post. Is it worth the money? Eh. (1) My daughter & I have spent 2 days trying to download the app. It consistently stops loading at 98%. We have ruled out any phone issues. Deleted other apps just to be sure there are no storage issues. I'm currently using ⅕ of my storage capabilities. Have checked to be sure apps aren't being blocked. Nothing phone wise is the issue. (2) This is really a very very cheaply made product. For the price $198, it is a lightweight plastic akin to something kids would use. The concept is a cool idea. The product SHOULD NOT cost any more than $50 for a set of 2. The fact that it does not work is ridiculous. I reached out to support, my problem was not listed. Simply gave the option to return. If you choose to buy this, do not buy until you are ready to use. My 30 day window is closing in a few days. I bought early as a gift, just now learning it doesn't work. I have 2 days to return. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Send a loving text instead. Create codes for your text. Be creative Better than wasting $200 on this toy quality product *update it is now March 2026. I did receive an email from the company stating I could return. I then asked my daughter to return her Xmas to me. While she was getting it I pulled up the email stating I could return. As she walked into the room I mentioned I'd tried everything but this little item was too expensive to go to waste. When she saw the price pulled up on my screen she said " omgosh for those?" They're 100% plastic, something I'd buy the boys ( 7 yr old twins) I said Ikr. Not only has every app downloaded & worked perfectly other than the luvlink, it is so cheap it is embarrassing.
