I love this pillow. Purchased it right after I sprained my neck sleeping the wrong way on my regular, albeit expensive, pillow. No medical claim, but this pillow helps relieve neck pain. (I did see a doctor and I'm also doing neck exercises.) The quilted pillow cover looks great and is very soft, but I cover it with a standard size pillowcase. And no funky memory foam odor. Read more
I really don’t know how to feel about this pillow. I wanted to love it. I am petite, but I also have broad shoulders, and this pillow is not tall enough when side sleeping (my shoulder is scrunched up too close to my head), but it is too tall when sleeping on my back (my neck is angled upwards in an awkward position). That is with all the inserts. I could remove an insert for back sleeping, but then the pillow would be even less supportive when I roll onto my side. That said, it does provide more support than a regular, non-contoured, non-foam pillow. I wish it were made of firmer material and were a bit taller, but even if that were the case, the shape just isn’t ideal for a combination sleeper like me. It seems to be a quality pillow. It smelled faintly when I first got it, but the smell quickly dissipated, and I no longer smell anything. The foam, while not as firm as I’d personally prefer, is sturdy as well as soft and springs back after being slept on. The pillowcase is soft and a nice texture. It is a shame about the shape. Perhaps it would work better for other people, but it is not working for me. It has not helped my neck and shoulder pain. Read more
The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this pillow! You can adjust the height of the pillow! The bottom half, which has two smaller, flat foam piece in it, unzips from the top! The first night, I slept with it at the highest hight, and even though it was a little too high for me, I slept like a rock, for the first time in years, I also woke up refresh and I didn't have a stiff or sore neck. It's very supportive, I have had it a week now, I use it with the bottom pieces off, and I use the bottom to put in-between my knees for sleeping or in my computer chair. This is a very comfortable pillow I love the fact that the two sections zip apart and that you can actually adjust everything I took the one section and I use it separately as like a snuggle pillow really really like it and think it's worth the money Read more
Very disappointed. The pillow is made of very low density foam. It squishes down to about 2 inches when I used it. Provides no neck support. Read more
The luxe linen 3-layer cervical pillow is approximately the size of a standard bed pillow. I found the cover soft, comfortable, and cooling. The memory foam is memory foam- it contours and returns to its original shape as expected. I’ve been using the pillow for knee pain relief and it has been a great alternative to regular pillows. I liked that the pillow can be separated to be used as two pillows, and that the flat section has two layers and one can be removed if needed depending on preference and use. The down side of the adjustability is feeling the zippers (not overly uncomfortable, I’m just sensitive to things like zippers and tags) when the sections are separated. A pillow case over it does help though. Also when reconnecting the layers, the zipper can be a little tricky to get back together. I haven’t needed to wash it yet, but there are separate zippers on each section to remove the foam. I think it is a nice quality pillow and a decent value for the cost. Read more

This is a very comfortable and unique pillow! It’s actually 2 pillows that zip together, so it can be used multiple ways depending on how thick you like it or what position you sleep in. It’s contoured to support your neck and cradle your head. I’ve used it all of the ways and find each one good for different positions. The memory foam is comfortable with good rebound.
