My dad is in assisted living. He has his own shower but there are no amenities in it. Not even a soap dish. I got this for him, it's quite large and holds lots of things besides soap. Will hold wet washcloths, shampoo, liquid soap.... I'm talking about big heavy bottles.... and he can hang is shower brush on it. The suction cups are not like any I've seen before. Make sure the tile is dry, place the cady and press the suction cups. They have a strong hold. If you need to remove the cady, just use a credit card to stick under the edge of the suction cup. When pressing the suction cup, you will hear a 'click' and you will know it is in place. But if you have small tile in your shower, may not work because of spaces between tile. I really liked LUXEAR wall mount shower caddy and separate soap dish holder until...... After almost a year one of the caddy suction cups started slipping. After several times of cleaning the suction cup and letting it dry per instructions and cleaning the shower wall each time also, the suction cup still slipped. No problem per instructions. "Just get a replacement suction cup." So I went online to luxear.net to order a new one. Nope! Didn't exist on their website. So I clicked on Contact Us and this is what I got: 'For Amazon aftersale service, we kindly ask that you send your queries to warranty@vip- bestservice.com in order to receive a prompt reply.' There's no phone number for Customer Service on LUXEAR.net. So I immediately wrote an email explaining the issue, asked to have a replacement sent as soon as possible, clicked on Submit and got an onscreen message confirming email was sent. My previous shower caddy was rusting over after only 3 months of use. I looked around on Amazon and read reviews until I came to this one. Interesting technology with the suction power, easy to put the parts together, looks and feels pretty sturdy and it's sturdy when being used. I had to have my husband apply the suction to the wall with his hands because he had the muscle power to make it stick (it requires a strong arm). The caddy drains well and looks good, I like everything about it. It has a lot of space to hold things and doesn't look like it'll fall off the wall anytime soon. I'm very pleased with it. It sticks well unless you pump on a product while it's in the caddy. If you do it will fall off the wall. Read more

Great shower caddy! I had trouble at first getting one side to stick to my tile until I figured out that if you run the sticky pads under water to get them completely wet then attach it to the tile it’s stuck perfectly! Going to buy another one ! Read more
