Luxurious Wash Laundry Detergent Beau Maison 1 2 Gallon 64 oz

I don't take time to write reviews very often, but oh my goodness, this stuff smells amazing! As someone who has a guilty pleasure for fragrances and luxury laundry detergent, this is one of the best detergents/fragrances, I have smelled. It is pricey, but all my guilt from paying that hefty price was literally and figuratively washed away once I did my first load of laundry with this stuff. I hardly smelled it at all when I washing and drying my load of towels. However, once they came out of the dryer, the scent filled the room, and the fragrance was deeply embedded within the fibers of the towels. They also felt very clean and soft. I followed the recommend measurement on the bottle and initially wasn't sure if that was enough, but alas, a little goes a long way with this concentrated detergent. It's definitely a skin scent, intimate, subtle, fresh and musky, with a lot of longevity. I want to say ambroxan comprises the base note in the fragrance. Days later, my linen cabinet still smells heavenly. My only regret is that I did not purchase the detergent/fragrance oil bundle and save a few bucks. Read more

I decided to splurge on this detergent and gods, did I find the perfect scent and best wash. I absolutely want to keep using this for all of my laundry, and I even made a freshening spray for my fabric furniture with a small drop of the detergent. However, the jug looked like it would be a standard “what you find at Walmart” size, when in reality it was super small. I wish there was a large multi-gallon size but I’m afraid of what that would cost… As it’s already a bit expensive to afford the detergent at its current size, I can only imagine what the price would jump to if a bulk size came available. Don’t get me wrong, the detergent is worth far more than your big-name-brand products, but, it’s a lot to spend on an extremely small container. I’ll probably have to cut something else from my budget to afford it because it’s the only thing that’ll keep up with two people’s worth of stinky military laundry. Read more

The detergent smells lovely but the description states I purchased 320 fluid of ounces of product, the picture of the product on the page states it is a 1 gallon container (yes I know 1 gallon does not equal 320 ounces) and what I received was a one quart container (1/4 to 1/10 the expected volume depending on which description was to be believed). So be aware, you are buying 32 ounces of detergent- not 320 ounces, not 1 gallon. Read more

Genuinely can’t say enough good things about this laundry detergent. I have been using it for years at this point, originally purchased it in Louisiana while visiting family when I smelled my mom‘s laundry. I’ve tried other “luxury” brands that are very popular like DedCool but nothing compares to this one. They have fragrances that smell great in the bottle or on their dryer sheets, but don’t actually stay on the clothes once they’re dried. Which seems so ridiculous!
