I ordered this belt for my daughter & I got her the size 28-31(pant 5-9). I chose the light gold as I thought it looked nicer. It fit her well & she liked the cute little butterfly adornment on the belt. She was looking for a nice belt for her jeans that didn't look too masculine. It is a thinner belt so it does fit through the belt loops on her jeans as well as on some of her other pants. It definitely elevates a pair of jeans & gives a nice look for other types of pants. I'm sure she can use it for a dress or skirt as well. It states that the material is leather & PU, however, it does smell like leather to me. The ad did state leather in one part of it, but the product specs said leather & PU. Not that it really matters to her, she liked the style. I actually liked it because it looked like the buckle was a letter "G", for our last name. I checked out the stitching all over the belt & it looks to be done very well. No spots looked off. This belt also came in a nice little velvet drawstring pouch. That was a nice touch. Read more

I chose this belt because I wanted a genuine leather belt and because I like butterflies. To me, they are a symbol of transformation, which matches this stage of my life. I immediately noticed the characteristic smell of leather when I first got the product. This, of course, made me smile, as it clearly separates faux leather dupes from the genuine item. It's fairly well-made, has a decent weight to it, and therefore seems sturdy and durable, unlike those kinds made from other (faux leather-type) materials. Fingers crossed with this. I don't think I have to worry about it wearing out too quickly. :) The belt is slightly less wide than I anticipated, which isn't a big issue, as it was just my lack of checking measurements before ordering lol. Therefore, I recommend double-checking for this. The width is 2.5 cm or just under 1 inch (7/8 of an inch). The length of the belt is appropriate and adjustable as advertised for 'Size 32-34 (Pant 10-13)'. While the tightest tape measurement comes in at 30 inches for the waist, I measured a maximum length of 41 inches from the buckle pin to the last or farthest belt hole. For the best fit and look, I'd recommend that your waistband size is somewhere in the middle between these measurements, with the numbers quoted with the aforementioned pant sizes being ideal. Putting the belt on is pretty easy, but here is how I would describe how to do it: The buckle closure is a single-pin type with a loop-bracket through which the belt is fed. You just push it along the underside of the rest of the belt until the proper fit length, and then, the pin, which has a slightly wider, rounded head/end, is popped through a belt hole of preference. The natural tension of the leather keeps the buckle in place nicely. The metal buckle itself has the look of brushed or powder-coated metal, but when you take a close look, it isn't entirely smooth in the sense that it looks like it wasn't sanded completely smooth around the edges after casting, if that makes sense. It's not really noticeable by others when wearing it, but I still wanted to mention it. The Butterfly detail on the circular buckle is pretty, with vibrant hues of blue. I'm not quite sure about the effect of its overall look, though, as I thought it to be more of a gradient-colored painted enamel. Instead, it looks more like a picture behind what I think is tempered glass or acrylic, enclosed within the metal buckle. It has sort of an anime quality to it. Don't quote me on this, but I could see someone wearing this to a K-pop concert. :) The product is also versatile enough to be worn with various outfits like jeans, casual pants, or business slacks/trousers, dresses, or skirts. The product also came with a nice little bonus, a small velvety drawstring bag in light grey, for safekeeping when the belt is not in use. The fact that the manufacturer also provided their contact information with the product ensures quality and adds to my customer satisfaction. In conclusion, I am happy to report that this is a durable, genuine leather product as I hoped, which looks pretty when worn visibly, versatile in terms of styles, and functional when used under clothing, without adding too much extra bulk. I really like this belt. The design on the belt is really cute and goes well with most of my shirts. It's also flat enough that I don't have to worry about a bulge if I choose to wear my shirt untucked instead. I had to Buckle and unbuckle it a few times to soften up the leather. Like shoes, it had to be broken in a little bit with wear. Now it's fairly easy to take on and off, without any worries that it'll come undone on its own. I'm on the smaller side of average, but the belt can be adjusted for someone smaller than me. It could also be adjusted for someone a few sizes larger than me. Read more

This is a really nice belt that has a lot of potential, it even comes in a nice box and would make a nice gift. The problem is that it looks exactly like a fake Gucci belt including w/ the two fake Gucci like G's and so, unfortunately, I can't recommend it! Read more

My wife was really impressed with this belt! The leather was soft, durable and didn't scuff. She wore it daily on our vacation and it didn't get scratch, tear and scuff. She was shocked.
