Color did not match image! I shortened the belt as expected since I am in between sizes. Be aware: instructions said to punch the hole 1 inch from end; however, original hole was 3/4 inch from end, so that's what I did. The hole punch, while not looking like it was sharp enough for the job, did the job. I had to push the punch all the way in to widen the hole enough for the screw. Belt is comfortable and working fine. I hope the color will grow on me over time. Advertised as Italian leather, but no where on the packaging did it say that. This black leather belt by Rollslatte looks and feels like it’s very well made of high quality leather. Perfect stitching by the buckle without loose ends. Well pressed indents and stained, not painted leather. There are seven holes to make a precise fit. The holes are oval / elongated to prevent pulling or stretching. There is even an included metal hole puncher with an instruction card to make your own additional holes if needed. However, the hole puncher makes round holes, which don’t exactly match the original oval holes on the belt.. The buckle is solid and has a nice brass look to it. There are two belt loops, one attached by the buckle and another free floating for a perfect fit. It can also be removed by sliding it off. I have a size 32 waist and this belt is a good fit for me. Depending on which jeans / pants I wear and whether I’m tucked in or not, I use the last third or second hole. It is fairly pliable, isn't too stiff and feels comfortable to wear. I would’ve preferred the belt to be about one inch longer, but not a bid deal overall. In short, this is a great, quality belt that should last many years. Good deal when on sale around $20-$30, but at forty feels a bit steep. Read more
