As a programmer who works at a desk for long periods of time, my neck and shoulders are as stiff as a rock. Many massage chairs I've tried before either didn't reach my neck or felt too soft. This chair completely solves my problem! The massage balls roll precisely to the back of my neck and trapezius muscles, and the deep 'kneading' mode is a true pleasure. The lumbar heating combined with the 'kneading and hammering' mode effectively relieves the soreness from sitting for long periods of time. What surprised me most was the reclining dial under the chair. Tightening it gives my back greater support when I recline, and the massage is even deeper. I absolutely love this chair! It's incredibly comfortable, with a nicely padded seat and backrest, and the ergonomic design makes it perfect for long workdays. I love the dial underneath that controls the amount of recline, so I can adjust it to provide some resistance when I don't want to lean back too much. The massage function is a huge plus!
