I’m 44, 5’7, 140lbs, 32 C, and a size 27 (4-6) waist. I ordered a small in the red/white print after reading reviews. The good: it’s really cute ladies :)!! The top can be worn on or off shoulder, and the skirt can be pulled up higher to meet the top so not to expose midriff if wearing it in a more conservative atmosphere. I wore a strapless bra and the back part of the top was wide enough to cover. The length of the skirt is great for those that are self-conscious of their thighs (me 😬)…it hit me right below the knees. The material is lightweight and perfect for summer weather. I wore it to a graduation party and sent the purchase link out in a group text after getting so many inquiries lol. The bad?: I don’t think this will hold up to a machine wash and dry. I hand washed and hung dry (it came out just like new). Also, I’m more of a pear shape (carry weight in my thighs, smaller chest and upper waistline), and it fit my build perfectly…but I could see this fit being problematic for apple shapes and/or large busted ladies with the waist and/or top being too tight. I ordered a size small in the red dress with mini white flowers on it. The girl in the lighthouse picture also has it on. This dress is so pretty! I was nervous taking it out of the bag because the top looked so small. The material is thin and you can tell it is amazon quality as far as a dress goes. But that is what I was looking for!! This dress is light and flowy material without being see thru. I could wear a pair of black nike spandex under the skirt and they didn’t show through. The skirt has a stretchy waistband only in the back and it fits perfectly! The top is super cute and the sleeves cover exactly where a bra would go!! An outfit where I don’t need to worry about my bra straps? A WIN! So light and airy.. I’m taking this to Barcelona because it’ll be HOT. Super cute with a pair of white sneakers or sandals. And i love that they are separate so I can mix and match and make more cute outfits! Read more

Bought this on a whim a few days before heading out on a vacation - partially becuase it seemed lightweight and packable but in all honestly because I thought it would look adorable with these lobster earrings I have (don’t judge, it’s been a long time since I got to be cute on vacation!). It’s super lightweight and mayyyybe a teeeeny but see through but hard to tell unless you’re in direct light with a noticeable pattern underneath. I wore black spandex shorts one day and you couldn’t tell at all so that’s a win in my book. Also found that the back kind of covers a bra but rides up a bit during the day - so just be aware of that! Ended up going with a medium after reading reviews - am 5’8”, C cup and size 28 in jeans, and it was a perfect fit for me. The top was just right, skirt could have been a little smaller for my liking (more tailored around my hips, Bc I don’t have hips)… but for anyone blessed with the booty that I don’t have, know that it DOES stretch in the back so it is forgiving in that sense. And most importantly SO CUTE- Got a TON of compliments from strangers while wearing this, and I feel like the skirt can also be a standalone piece, cute with a sweater in the fall. Considering buying it in a difference color, It was such a great piece for the price. The pattern is adorable and looks a little like polka dots from afar, so it doesn’t come off as too girly. this set is so stinking cute!! i absolutely loved it. even after i gained weight, it can still be flattering because the skirt can be super high waisted or moved down. the fabric is comfy + didn't feel itchy or anything like that. i absolutely LOVE the style of the top, i'm definitely going to wear it with high waisted shorts this summer. so! all this being said.. i wore this to a wedding, + to my HORROR.. my husband's aunt came up to me to let me know it ripped right where my panty line is!! i was HORRIFIED because i have no idea how long i was walking around like that?! i was able to secure it with some safety pins.. but my goodness this fabric is so thin + cheap! thankfully i have a sewing machine + can repair it myself.. but geez! this shouldn't have happened the first time i wore it!! I bought the solid rose pink in Medium. Before I even took it out of the packaging, I was very disappointed. First, the color is a washed out coral looking pink, nothing like the beautiful vibrant hot pink in the photos on the model. Second, it looked so cheap and think like a Halloween costume material. When I took it out it felt and looked like the material of what would be a slip under your dress, not the actual dress itself. You can see from my pictures attached that my tattoos and underwear are clearly showing. This is only on the inside of my house, not even in the outside daylight...the photos I attached are also what the true color looks like in reality. I'm definitely returning this. Like I don't even think it's safe to put into the washer, you'd probably have to hand wash to keep the stiching from coming undone over time. The only thing on this dress that isn't see-through is the part that ties around the waist which is double the fabric. This dress would be amazing if the whole thing was made that way, and the colors didn't suck. :/ Read more
