I purchased one of these, based upon its being discussed in an adult forum centered on prostate stimulation devices. It's pretty much as-described, and I gave it a whirl yesterday, wearing it discreetly under my clothing. I like the size of the inserted piece, which some reviews suggest is too large for beginners. I found it to fit nicely, and didn't even use lube to put it in. I'm not real familiar with prostate stimulation, but I could feel a pressure that's not normally felt, so I think it must've been positioned correctly. The cock ring and its attaching piece appear a little 'flimsy', but it's made from silicone and exceptionally stretchy. Reviewers who expressed fears that it might tear while being stretched are worrying needlessly, IMO. Great item. Came in a brown plain package. This is my initial impressions: The ring on this item was firm but stretches enough to fit around its intended areas. It feels like it will not break in a couple of uses. The bulbus part is very smooth and silky in feel. There is some flexibility in the shaft. So, if you aren't accustomed to something back there, the initial insertion hurts a moment. Difficult to insert as the shaft portion is flimsy I like it primarily because I can never get a ring the correct size and they restrict blood flow too much or won't stay on. Well this was a waist of money. It appears to be just as described until its time to try it. I was thinking that the guys who really thought it was easy to use needs to lay off the large toys for a while because this thing totally resists going where its suppose to. I can't say that I blame it because I would want to go there either. That explains why its so limp. Now designing these to be rubbery and limp was not thinking inside the box.
